Skills: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, Triage and rapid patient assessment, Critical thinking and problem-solving, IV insertion and medication administration, Wound care and minor procedure assistance, Crisis intervention and de-escalation, Effective communication and teamwork, Adaptability and resilience under pressure Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire, Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed Join our critical care team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where you will provide immediate, life-saving care to patients experiencing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
