Skills: Critical Care Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Ventilator Management, IV Therapy, Medication Administration, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Patient Assessment, Problem-Solving, Communication, Teamwork, Empathy, Attention to Detail Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program., Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care setting., Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. PALS certification preferred., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed., Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations., Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal., Physical ability to perform duties associated with patient care, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
