You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and technical teams to transform complex content into accessible and impactful online and blended courses. Skills:
Expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Experience with multimedia development (audio, video, graphics, animation) for learning content, Strong project management and organizational skills, Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, Ability to conduct needs assessments and develop measurable learning objectives, Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) in course design, Data analysis for learning effectiveness and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered., 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or corporate learning environments., Demonstrated experience in designing and developing engaging online, blended, and face-to-face learning solutions., A strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables., Proven ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams., Understanding of learning analytics and experience using data to inform design decisions., Commitment to staying current with emerging educational technologies and pedagogical best practices.
