Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program., Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an RN in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting., Current BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire., Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical judgments and prioritize patient needs effectively., Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed., Physical ability to perform duties typical of an RN, including standing for long periods, lifting, and assisting patients.
