The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and educational technologies, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality digital learning solutions. Skills: Instructional Design Models (ADDIE, SAM), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Learning Management System (LMS) Administration (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Theories, Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Project Management, Content Writing and Editing, Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically for online learning environments in higher education or corporate training., Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful online course designs, learning modules, or educational media., Proficiency in at least one major e-learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)., Strong understanding of adult learning principles, best practices in online pedagogy, and assessment strategies., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment., Experience collaborating effectively with subject matter experts, faculty, and cross-functional teams.
