In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, engaging, and effective educational content for various online courses and programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure our learning experiences meet pedagogical best practices and achieve desired learning outcomes. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Curriculum Development, E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration, Assessment Design and Evaluation, Content Writing and Editing, Multimedia Integration, Project Management, Pedagogical Research Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., 5+ years of progressive experience in curriculum development for online or blended learning environments., Demonstrated portfolio of successful e-learning courses or modules., Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles., Proficiency in at least one major e-learning authoring tool., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
